Do you host the web site?

Yes!  Hosting, training and support are included with all our web sites. 

How long does it take to develop the web site?

The web site is up and running within 5 business days of our initial interview to gather the necessary content information.

 How do you get the content for the web site?

We gather content from your team, and our e-website allows you to update content at any time. 

Who edits/updates the web site?

You do, but we support your efforts so you know how to do it!

 How do you gather the video clip information?

Your team simply supplies us with the video clips and we do the rest!

Our advertising consultants simply need a 30 minute conference call to gather the appropriate information in order to correctly optimize the web site.

    addresses.

3) We capture ACTIVE consumer registration through our intelliforms (intelligent forms) placed
    on all our web sites

4) We capture current e-mail addresses through all phone campaigns with consumers we reach

  This makes our database dynamic. One that grows as the campaign grows. Our team will
  provide you a link to our dedicated e-mail tracking web page, so you can see exactly how
  many e-mails were sent, read and responded to etc 

 Where do you get your e-mails?

We acquire our e-mail addresses from established relationships with marketing firms, and grow our database with the help of our e-tools and your campaign team.

 What happens if people do not want to receive e-mails?

People will automatically be withdrawn from our database by simply clicking on a link.

 What is the cost of an e-mail campaign?

Our cost varies between .10 and .40 cents per e-mail all mattering on the size of your campaign and type of e-mail (text v. video).

Where do you get content from?

We work with your campaign team to secure content for all your e-mail.

Where do you get your lists?

We get our phone lists from the local county clerk, and also use lists provided by the campaign.

 How do I know how many calls you are making?

You receive reports on all calls and their results.

 Where are you callers located?

All our callers are located here locally!

Do we have to get all of your services?

Absolutely not!  We are here to complement you in your efforts.  

What if I already have some of these tools in place?

We are designed to be flexible and scalable. Simply use our team to enhance your current provider or simply complement your team.

 How much does your service cost?

Our service is a subscription model. You pay a lump sum to start and our job is to manage your funds within the services you specified as being desirable.

 What happens when your funds have been used?

You have an opportunity to continue with further services again subscribing for a lump sum.

 How do we know the work you are doing?

e-Website- We track all visitors, hits etc., and you are provided a report on the effectiveness.

e-Mail Broadcast - You are given a dedicated web page detailing how many e-mails have been sent responded to etc.
