The Halsted Group’s “Subscription Model”
The
Halsted Group’s subscription model allows for a scalable,
dynamic approach to purchasing services. Gone are the days
where you purchase services and say “I wish I would have
spent more money on X service, rather than Y service.”
Your initial investment is managed by The Halsted Group and
allocated to services based
on immediate return. This gives your campaign the necessary dynamism to
succeed in an ever-changing world. Once your initial
investment has been allocated, The Campaign will have an
opportunity to re-invest, at the same level, for additional
services to current campaigns and/or future campaigns.
The Halsted Group should be considered as your “Campaign
Portfolio Solutions Manager”
After
each e-Campaign initiative is executed and completed, The
Halsted Group executes an AAR - After Action Review
internally and the findings are shared with the campaign
committee.
Upon
review of the AAR, the campaign committee can invest more
time and energy in the services that have a higher “ROI” –
Return on Investment.
